Based in Manchester City Centre, Northern Ballet School have been preparing students for professional careers in dance since 1977. The school offers young dancers to train intensively with our established faculty during the Summer School Programme.
Our Summer School is tutored by members of the Northern Ballet School faculty. Applicants must be of at least Intermediate Foundation (or equivalent) standard in ballet and over 14 years of age. Classes will be streamed according to ability.
This year's school will take place on:
Mon 29th July to Sat 3rd August 2019
At the end of the school, on Saturday 3rd August, there will be a display of the students' work in our in-house Theatre, to which parents are invited.
Student safety is of the highest priority to the staff at NBS and those attending Summer School will be supervised at all times.
There will be 4 classes per day, commencing at 9.30am and finishing by approximately 4pm.

The cost of our Summer School is £350 plus a non-refundable registration fee of £50. If required, the cost of accommodation and board (breakfast and evening meal) is an additional £300 for 6 nights (Sunday – Friday).
