Based in Manchester City Centre Northern Ballet School have been preparing students for professional careers in dance for 29 years and for 15 years on our present site. As you might expect from a dedicated dance school the course will be wide-ranging and intensive.

Course Information
Applicants must be of at least Intermediate Foundation (or equivalent) standard in ballet and over 14 years of age. There will be 4 classes per day, commencing at 9.30am and finishing by 4.30pm, and classes will be streamed according to ability.

The course will be delivered by members of the Northern Ballet School faculty and will comprise of the following:-

· Ballet
· Repertoire
· Jazz
· Musical Theatre
· Tap

The course ends on Saturday 11th August with a display of work in our in-house Theatre, to which parents are invited.

Accommodation
Accommodation can be arranged if needed at the Chetham’s School of Music situated 20 minutes walk from the Ballet School. Students are supervised during their stay at Chetham’s and accompanied to and from NBS each day.

Cost
The cost of the course is £200-00 plus a non-refundable registration fee of £50. The cost of accommodation and board is £160-00 for 6 nights (Sunday – Friday).

Student safety is of the highest priority to all the staff at N.B.S and all those attending the course will be supervised at all times.
